Is this health statement true or false?

Can you guys/gals tell me if these statements are true or false?

1.) ';drugs'; affect the nervous system but not states of consciousness

2.) %26gt;75% of the U.S population engages in the daily use of drugs

3.) Heroin, speed, and acid do not resemble any chemicals produced by the body

Could you guys/gals give me a suggestion on how to get high without any mind altering substances too. I was thinking maybe spinning in circles or going on a roller coaster any ideas?

Thanks for all the help!!!Is this health statement true or false?
1) false

2) it's a matter of definition

3) false

There is a way to have hallucinatory and mood altering experiences that simulate those of certain drugs without doing anything harmful or illegal.

Cut a ping-pong ball in half and secure one half over each eye. Sit, or better, lie, under a red light so you will have not visual stimulus. Turn your stereo to a frequency with no station so you get only static. That is white noise and soon your mind will block it out.

Wait for approximately 30 minutes. Do not fall asleep.

In the absence of visual or auditory stimulus, your mind will generate hallucinations. They can be sounds, sights, even feelings of touch. Your mind will also generate emotional states to interpret these false sensations. You will have the hallucinatory and mood altering effects of popular recreational drugs without toxic side-effects.Is this health statement true or false?
