If S = {x | x^2 < 4} and T = {w | -2 < w < 2}, then S = T. Would this statement be true or false?

It is true:

S = { x | x^2 %26lt; 4}

S = {x | x %26lt; +sqrt(4), x %26gt; -sqrt(4)}

S = {x | x %26lt; 2, x %26gt; -2}

S = {x | -2 %26lt; x %26lt; 2}If S = {x | x^2 %26lt; 4} and T = {w | -2 %26lt; w %26lt; 2}, then S = T. Would this statement be true or false?
True.If S = {x | x^2 %26lt; 4} and T = {w | -2 %26lt; w %26lt; 2}, then S = T. Would this statement be true or false?
S = {x | x^2 %26lt; 4} is the collection of -2%26lt;x%26lt;2.

T = {w | -2 %26lt; w %26lt; 2} is the same collection indeed. So S = T.

The statement is true.

Th
Looks true to me.
True.
